It is necessary to submit a claim form bankruptcy in some situations. This form, called officially Form B10 is a newer form. This claim form has a design to allow creditors to file a claim on a bankruptcy filing. Individuals or businesses that file bankruptcy must report all debts to the bankruptcy court. All creditors or others owed money by the debtor are then able to file claim to the amount owed. Should any assets need liquidation, this information is then in use to repay, or partially repay the debts of the debtor to the creditor. The claim form is available through the US Courts website, but is also obtainable through various online venues and official attorneys of the creditor. It is critical that this document has all portions complete and as accurate as possible to ensure that the creditors claim receives filing properly.
