It is necessary to submit a claim form bankruptcy in some situations. This form, called officially Form B10 is a newer form. This claim form has a design to allow creditors to file a claim on a bankruptcy filing. Individuals or businesses that file bankruptcy must report all debts to the bankruptcy court.
