Forms are named as Form B6A, B6B, B6C, B6D, B6E, B6F and B6J in order to give a schedule of Real property, Personal property, Property claimed as exempt, Creditors holding secured claims, Creditors holding Unsecured Priority claims, Creditors holding Unsecured Nonpriority claims, Executory Contracts and Unexpired leases, Current Income of Individual Debtors, Current expenditures of individual debtors, Declaration concerning Debtor’s Schedules in the respective order.
Other Forms
Other essential forms to be filled while filing bankruptcy in Alabama are Form B7 (Financial Affairs Statement), Form B8 (Statement of Intention of Individual Debtor), Form B21 (Social Security Number), Form B22A (Current Monthly Income statement and Means Test), Form B23 (Certification for the Completion of Financial Management Course) and Verification of Creditor Matrix.
You can get protection from unsecured creditors such as credit card companies according to the Exemption Laws of Alabama; however, you will not be protected from collection of tax debts or child support.
